Founded on December 19, 2023, 61 Degrees North Winery is a new and passionate player in the craft winemaking scene. As a small-batch winery, we aim to connect deeply with our guests by offering them a comprehensive and intimate exploration of wine.

Vineyard Details and Wine Production

Though we are a young winery, our commitment to quality and detail is reflected in every bottle we produce and every experience we offer. Guests are invited to partake in the winemaking process by creating and later bottling their personalized wine, providing a fully immersive journey from grape to glass.

Visitor Information and Experiences

Here is what you can expect when you visit us:

• Tasting Options:
  • 5 two-ounce pours for $25
  • 3 two-ounce pours for $15
  • Wine by the glass ranges from $7 to $12
• DIY Winemaking: Start by making your personal batch of wine, then return to bottle, cork, and label it.
• Food Accommodation: Guests are encouraged to bring their own charcuterie or pairing snacks to enhance their tasting experience.

• Wednesday & Thursday: 2 PM - 8 PM
• Friday & Saturday: 1 PM - 9 PM
• Sunday: 1 PM - 8 PM
• Note: We are currently closed on Monday and Tuesday for winter hours.
