Amelia Wynn Winery Bistro was first introduced in December 2019 with a vision set by Chef Noel Spivey, who is now returning as the Executive Chef. Having gained experience from various prestigious roles, including General Manager at Via Rosa 11 and Sous Chef at Heyday Farm, Chef Noel brings a rich palette of flavors back to the bistro.
