Directions:

From north on New York Interstate 81, exit at LaFargeville (Exit 49, Milemarker 169). At the bottom of the ramp turn right onto NY State Route 411, follow it to NY State Route 37 (Red Caution Light). Turn left onto Route 37 and continue for 18 miles to the Amber Caution Light in the Village of Hammond. Turn right onto Lake Street (County Route 6) and follow for 6 1/2 miles to reach Bella-Brooke Vineyard & Winery.
