El Corazon was established under the guidance and passion of our owner, Spencer. Together with his early partner and fellow winemaker, Raul, Spencer turned El Corazon into a cherished establishment known for its lively character and heartfelt wine production. Over the years, they've expanded their team to include notable personalities such as Garret, our "International Man of Mystery," and Aliya, a viticulture student and manager of the tasting room who continues her winemaking education under Spencer's mentorship.

Vineyard Details and Wine Production

At the heart of El Corazon's winemaking philosophy is the blend of two distinct approaches: the innocent and the devilish. This dual strategy helps in crafting wines that are not only high in quality but also rich in character. Spencer's reputation as a charismatic winemaker who can deliver both "machete spanks and long bear hugs" has turned El Corazon into a brand with a cult following.

Visitor Information and Experiences

El Corazon is open to the public from Thursday to Sunday with varying hours:

• Thursday: 2 pm - 6 pm
• Friday and Saturday: 12 pm - 6 pm (Extended hours possible depending on the ongoing festivities!)
• Sunday: 12 pm - 4 pm
