Vineyard Details and Wine Production

Situated along the picturesque Highway 46 East, our vineyards are the bedrock of our winery. Specializing in Cabernet Sauvignon, we cultivate two specific clones - clones 4 and 6. These are celebrated for their small berries, which are instrumental in creating wines with excellent structure, depth, and color.

Wine Making Process

• Harvesting: The grapes are handpicked to preserve their quality.
• Sorting: Each grape is hand-sorted, ensuring only the best are used.
• Fermentation and Aging: Post-fermentation, our wine is aged for 22 months in a mix of new French and American oak barrels, contributing to its rich flavor profile and aromatic complexity.
