Mastrogiannis Distillery & Winery was inspired by the visionary Constantine Mastrogiannis. Our journey began with a focus on crafting wines, and soon, we ventured into the art of distillation, aiming to produce robust, flavorful brandies. Our dedication to quality and flavor is evident in everything we produce.

Vineyard Details and Wine Production

Our winery carefully selects grapes from renowned regions:

• Riesling grapes from Washington
• French Colombard grapes from California

These grapes are fermented slowly and at low temperatures to preserve their delicate flavors. The transition from wine to spirit involves:

• Distillation using both column and pot stills
• Aging exclusively in French ex-wine barrels
• The final product is a blend of barrels to create the signature Mastrogiannis balance and fruitiness.
