The founders, after years of searching for the perfect location, purchased their property in 2010 and immediately planted their first acre of pinot noir. Their winemaking journey began earnestly in 2016 with their first vintage of just 49 cases. Today, they produce around 300 cases annually. The vineyard's name, Oliver Springs, is inspired by a spring that supports the vineyard and pays tribute to the natural resources that contribute to their wine-making process.
