Poca Terra’s story began with John and Karen, the founders, who were inspired by John's great-grandfather's legacy in winemaking. The precious wine-making equipment handed down through four generations found its new home at Poca Terra. Here, they focus on producing exquisite dry and semi-sweet wines from Chambourcin vines, with every process done meticulously by hand—from harvesting to aging in Kentucky white oak barrels.
