Pollak Vineyards began its journey in the wine industry in 2003 when it was established by purchasing a 98-acre farm in the thriving wine country of Central Virginia. Since its inception, the vineyard has focused on growing French vinifera, enhancing the standards and finesse of traditional French varietals.

Vineyard Details and Wine Production

Pollak Vineyards spans over 34 acres dedicated to French vinifera, the heart and soul of its wine production. The first plants were sown in a 10-acre block, guided by renowned Virginia viticulturist Chris Hill. Today, the vineyard is home to more than 17,000 vines spread across eight unique blocks, each meticulously tended by hand to ensure the highest quality of fruit for winemaking.
