This sprawling 25-acre property includes three ponds, two barns, and a fully renovated house with a pool, listed on VRBO since June 2018. The vineyard itself was planted in March 2019 with Blanc du Bois grapes, marking the start of the Rosinis' venture into wine-making, a decision inspired by their shared passion and personal journey into the world of wines.
