Welcome to our esteemed winery, where we specialize in crafting exceptional mead, wine, and cider. Established in 2015, our vineyard and orchard spread across the serene setting are the heartbeat of our winemaking journey.

History and Background

Initiating our journey in 2015, we planted our first vineyard and orchard to bring together traditional techniques with modern innovation in growing and producing fine beverages. The winery swiftly moved to include a wide variety of grapes and apples that are both locally favored and internationally recognized.

Vineyard and Wine Production Details

Our vineyard is home to several cold-hardy hybrid vines that are adept at thriving in our climate:

• Reds: Petite Pearl, Marquette, Frontenac
• Whites: St. Pepin, Brianna, and La Crescent

Each variety has its unique characteristics:

• Petite Pearl and Marquette are robust reds, rich in structure and tannin.
• Frontenac is versatile, perfect for crafting port or rosé.
• St. Pepin delivers a fruit-forward profile, while Brianna offers a gentler acidity, making it excellent for blending.
• La Crescent is a Muscat cross that brings intricate flavors.

Our orchard boasts 82 apple trees with 18 different varieties, specially selected for crafting our complex hard ciders.

Visitor Information and Experiences

Our winery is open to visitors from March to December and offers a special winter schedule from January through March. Here is our visiting schedule:

• March – December: Friday to Sunday and Thursday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• January – March: Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
• We are closed on major holidays and during specific family events.

Visitors can explore the vineyard, sample and purchase our mead, wine, and cider. Our knowledgeable staff are ready to guide you through each tasting, helping to deepen your understanding and appreciation of our products.
