Founded in 2020 by Julie Denton and her husband, Saviana Winery is inspired by Julie’s Great-Aunt Saviana, whose expertise in winemaking blossomed during the hardships of the Great Depression. The winery's name and spirit draw from Great-Aunt Saviana, who mastered her craft on Billy Goat Hill in Northeast Kansas, overlooking the Missouri River valley. Embodying resilience and dedication, each bottle from Saviana Winery is not just a product but a narrative of familial bond and historical reverence.
