Founded by the Evers family after being inspired during trips through Europe’s famed vineyard regions, Twin Oaks Tavern Winery planted its first vines in 1999. Winemaker Donna Evers, who often can be found conversing with guests in the tasting room during weekends, has developed the winery from its initial offerings of Chardonnay and Raven Rocks Red to an expansive selection of over 10 varieties. The winery celebrated its public debut in 2008, under the craftsmanship of Donna, maintaining a treasured family involvement with grandson Clay McFarren now overseeing the vineyard and cellar operations.
