Nestled on the picturesque Leelanau Peninsula, rated the #2 wine region in the U.S. by USA Today, Willow Winery stands as the fifth oldest working vineyard in the area. Celebrating its 27th year, Willow is under the enthusiastic ownership of Tracy and Harry Faulkner, who took over during the pandemic. These new proprietors have infused the winery with fresh energy and are dedicated to creating seamless, enjoyable experiences for all guests.

History and Background

Willow Winery was founded by John & Jo Crampton, who embarked on their winemaking journey 30 years ago by planting every vine on a scenic hillside overlooking a beautiful bay. As the Faulkners take the helm, they honor the legacy of the founders while eagerly writing a new chapter in Willow's storied history.

Vineyard Details and Wine Production

Every aspect of Willow's winemaking process is meticulously handled by hand, including corking of the wines, which are made exclusively from locally sourced grapes. The Faulkners are celebrating their tenure with the much-anticipated "Great Pinot Pour of 2024," releasing a Library Collection of Estate Grown, Made, and Aged Pinot Noir from the 2019, 2020, and 2021 vintages.
